On Friday, 17th November, Z Nation Lab in collaboration with 100 Open Startups organized the #InnovationAtCore  Real Estate acceleration program. The program was designed to bring together real estate developers & technology startups focusing on the real estate vertical to solve some of the most complex issues faced by the Indian real estate industry through technology disruption and open innovation.

Advances in information technology have garnered enormous efficiencies in various industries, including manufacturing, transportation, communications, entertainment, retail, and financial services. Yet in real estate, the largest industry of them all, innovation has lagged.

In today’s constantly evolving world, even a traditional sector like real estate needs to change and innovate. The future of real estate is directly linked with innovation, start-ups can provide a way to this disruption and likely be potential industry leaders of tomorrow. They interacted with startups founders to gain insights on the latest trends in the landscape and engage with them to find disruptive solutions to shape their business innovation strategy.
